1. Medical Disclaimer​

Lowlands Clinic offers consultations and therapies based on traditional Thai herbal medicine, massage therapy, and legally permitted medical herbal use. These services do not replace licensed medical care, diagnosis, or emergency treatment. Always consult with your physician for serious medical conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old, and legally eligible to receive treatments under Thai law, including for herbal or cannabis-related consultations.

3. Accuracy of Patient Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in any form submitted to Lowlands Clinic. Falsifying medical history or identity may result in denial of service.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

All information collected is confidential and used only for treatment and record-keeping purposes. We follow Thai personal data protection regulations. We do not share your data without your written consent unless required by law.

5. Booking & Packages

Pre-paid consultation packages (e.g. 12 sessions) are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable. Missed sessions without 24-hour prior notice may be forfeited.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or loss of session credit.

7. Code of Conduct

All patients and visitors must act respectfully toward staff and other clients. Aggressive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban.

8. Legal Compliance

Cannabis consultations and products are offered strictly under Thai government regulations. You agree not to misuse or distribute any prescribed products unlawfully.

9. Terms of Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Lowlands Clinic or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
